Wonderful idea, but too hard

Maybe its because Im not an English native speaker or because I dont have much experience with it yet, but I just get totally stressed by how fast my time runs out. Even on easy difficulty, I was only able to achieve one star on the first level. Is this the Dark Souls of Scrabble type games? Personally, it would greatly enhance my enjoyment of the game if a Zen mode was added that is without a timer, so that I actually have time to think of good words. If that is added, Ill change my rating to five stars!
